Extended-release formulations of oxybutynin and tolterodine exhibit similar central nervous system tolerability profiles: A subanalysis of data from the OPERA trial
Article Abstract:
A study compares the central nervous system (CNS) tolerability profiles of the extended-release formulations of oxybutynin chloride and tolterodine tartrate in the treatment of women with overactive bladder (OAB). It is concluded that the extended-release formulations of oxybutynin and tolterodine are observed to be associated with a similar low incidence of CNS adverse events, which are mostly mild or moderate in severity.

Article Abstract:
The impact of overactive bladder on sexual function is evaluated from a preliminary analysis of the Multicenter Assessment of Transdermal Therapy in Overactive Bladder with Oxybutynin study. It is concluded that overactive bladder affects sexual function negatively, and treatment with transdermal oxybutynin improves sexual function and marital relationships.

A prospective randomized trial using solvent dehydrated fascia lata for the prevention of recurrent anterior vaginal wall prolapse
Article Abstract:
Outcomes after anterior colporrhaphy with and without a solvent dehydrated cadaveric fascia lata graft are compared. The results revealed that solvent dehydrated fascia lata as a barrier does not decrease recurrent prolapse after anterior colporrhaphy.
