Getting the right employee is half the battle
Article Abstract:
The characteristics of a model medical employee are analogous to the characteristics of a successful medical practice: efficiency, good service, comprehensiveness of service and quality of care. An ideal employee will make efficient use of resources, offer a breadth of service skills and always be willing to ensure that customer needs remain paramount. The ideal employee will also be willing to do more than what is required and exceed standards of competency.
