Raymond Raikes
Article Abstract:
Radio drama producer Raymond Raikes studied at Exeter College, Oxford, England, where he came under the influence of Nevill Coghill and the Oxford University Dramatic Society. He appeared in many plays and films after leaving university. He joined the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre in 1935, and during the second world war spent two years in BBC Presentation before joining the Royal Signals. He was appointed to the BBC Drama Dept in 1947, and went on to direct 17 of Shakespeare's plays on radio.

Yale Hirsch is the editor of Smart Money Newsletter, a publication offering investment advice to subscribers. He has instituted legal action to prevent the Hulbert Financial Digest from publishing criticism of his investment advice. The digest rates newsletters on their advice on a monthly basis. Hirsh believes Hulbert's has unfairly and erroneously evaluated Hirsh's service. Mark Hulbert believes he is protected from the suit by First Amendment rights.
