Heading off the sinus headache

Sinus headaches affect approximately 12 million Americans annually and are the leading chronic illness. The cause is inflammation of paranasal sinuses whose membranes filter bacteria and secrete them in fluid to the stomach. When infected, these membranes swell with anti-bacteria fluids.
