Help for mums who bottle out

Young mothers and those on low incomes are to be encouraged to breast-feed their babies with the help of vouchers to be used to purchase healthy foods. The scheme is being backed by midwives and health visitors although the best way to encourage breast feeding would be to alter societies view.
