Here's to your health: in most cases, moderate drinking can be a toast to your well-being
Article Abstract:
Nutrition expert Eric Rimm of Harvard School of Public Health states that at least 60 studies have shown the protective effect of alcohol on the heart. The blood is less sticky after alcohol consumption, so the formation of lethal blood clots is less likely. The New England Journal of Medicine reports of a study of nearly half-million people where the rates of death from all cardiovascular diseases in men and women having at least one drink per day were 30% to 40% lower than for non-drinkers.

A good soaking
Article Abstract:
Warm or hot baths can help relieve tension and anxiety, can treat insomnia, and can ease depression. Relaxation in turn improves immune function and lessens the narrowing of the arteries. People may wish to add essential oils, flower petals or salts to their baths, and dimming the lights can also enhance relaxation.
