Thanksgiving dinner can be a lowfat meal if portions are controlled and lowfat substitutes are used. Skinless turkey breast has 1 gram of fat and 135 calories in a 3.5 oz serving. Stuffing and desserts should be limited, and low calorie alternatives substituted for cranberry sauce and sweet potatoes.
