How does the environment affect your health?
Article Abstract:
Quantifying the amount of pollution and its effect on health is a problem that hinders policy making on this issue. In spite of technological advencements in the area of pollution monitoring, the relation between environmental pollutants and health has not been established. Certain flaws and the lack of control in the monitoring of pollutants make it harder to draw conclusions despite the huge amount of data available. This problem must be viewed from a global perspective since pollution is an international concern.
