How to recruit staff effectively
Article Abstract:
A thorough and fair recruitment process is crucial to finding the right person for the job when hiring, as the competition faced by nurses looking for jobs is probably the toughest in late history. Every recruiter aims to get the best candidates in front of them in order to select the best person and every candidate wishes to demonstrate they are the best but something common to both sides, at any level of recruitment, is the person specification which should guide the selection process.
