Using cooperation for successful health care integration
Article Abstract:
The results of intelligence research conducted by Robert Axelrod suggest that healthcare industry managers can achieve maximum cooperation by being 'nice,' 'provocable,' 'forgiving,' and 'clear.' In the absence of a reason to think otherwise, it is best to assume that a person adversary will be cooperative. It is reasonable to appropriately retaliate, however, if the person proves to be uncooperative.
