Nursing Times surveyed over 3,000 nurses around UK as a part of it 'Rule Out Abuse Campaign', and it found out that 95 per cent of those working in A&E department of St. Thomas had experienced verbal abuse. The study presented describes a department sister, Shelley Booth's experience of abuse in her work place during her night shift.
