Learning to work with social workers
Article Abstract:
Developing a positive relationship between social and health workers is one of the main aims of the UK Labour government in 1998. A project has been set up to help social and health workers overcome their initial reservations about working together in partnership. The two mental health care groups were encouraged to learn to work together, build networks, make full use of risk assessment management techniques and use their skills to ensure quality aftercare for patients.
