Low morale at US agency receives dormant scientists group

A group of researchers has been appointed at the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) to boost the spirits of the demoralized scientists at the agency. Various new rules are being implemented to decrease the interest conflicting violations, though the problems highly vary with each researcher, as all of them are different and have their own issues.
