Mapping out improved care
Article Abstract:
Nursing staff at Dewsbury and District Hospital are using 'dementia care mapping' to record care as perceived by the patients with some good and effective results. Dementia care mapping is an observation tool designed at Bradford University to examine the quality of care from the perspective of the person with dementia, with the aim of promoting patient-focused holistic practices.

How patients involvement in care is improving service provision
Article Abstract:
Problems that have prevented the NHS from being responsive to the views of service users are discussed along with the implementation policies that can offer help in overcoming these problems. Improvement are made including public involvement in health care, and it is hoped that the new policies would allow health care staff and service users to acquire rewards.

Improving the lives of epilepsy patients
