Matrix metalloproteases and tumor invasion
Article Abstract:
The leading cause of death in patients with cancer is metastasis, a sequential process that allows cells to move from the primary tumor and grow elsewhere. It is reported that the matrix metalloproteases (MMPs) secreted by host fibroblasts promote tumor-cell invasion by activating a G-protein-coupled receptor.

Lymphoma-specific genetic aberrations in microvascular endothelial cells in B-cell lymphomas
Article Abstract:
The endothelial cells in 27 B-cell lymphomas are examined for cytogenetic alterations known to be present in the lymphoma cells. It suggests that microvascular endothelial cells in B-cell lymphomas are tumor related.
