Mental health manifesto
Article Abstract:
A mental health manifesto is presented which addresses the improvements in the quality of mental health care. Some of the suggestions include, more resources to increase staffing and improve estates, overhaul of training with a great focus on practical clinical skills, better monitoring and preceptorship, reduction in bureaucracy and paperwork and nurses no longer treated as doctor's handmaidens.

Helping people back in to society
Article Abstract:
Mental health services that are well resourced could help people with the most challenging problems to re-engage with society. Some of the mental health career options are acute psychiatric care, community mental health care, crisis intervention, and adolescent care facilities.
