Most homicides, suicides done with cheap handguns
Article Abstract:
A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Assn for Jan 3, 1996, found that 14% of firearm homicides and 12% of firearm suicides were committed with a .25 caliber handgun. Research was done by reviewing the police records, crime laboratory records and medical examiner records for Milwaukee, WI, from 1990 to 1994.

HMOs boom in Twin Cities
Article Abstract:
The growth rate of health maintenance organizations (HMOs) in the Minneapolis-St. Paul are has tapered off from approximately 30% per year to 19% during 1981. The popularity of HMOs is great enough that little advertising is necessary. HMOs are now looking toward the Medicare market and making plans for future development.
