Not the same old leg training
Article Abstract:
Many people believe that optimum muscular development cannot be attained through the use of basic equipment alone. They do not realize that training success largely depends on how they exercise, rather than what they use to exercise with. A sample training program for the legs using basic equipment is presented.

Wide and well-rounded shoulders can be achieved by doing such exercises as the seated dumbbell press, two-arm high-pulley rear and side laterals, and dumbbell shrugs. It also helps to train intensely for shorter periods and to take longer rest periods before the next training session.
