Glamour magazine staffer Erin Zammett has gone in to remission with her chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Unfortunately, her sister Melissa, who was pregnant, was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Doctors decided to induce labor early and then start Melissa on a regiment of chemotherapy.?Her lymphoma has an 80 percent cure rate. ? Doctors do not believe that either disease is related to family genetic factors or to the environment.
