Nystatin

Nystatin, an antifungal or amphoteric polyene, works by disrupting the fungal cell membrane, resulting in increased cell permeability and leaking of nutrients, and is used for vaginal infections, skin infections, and oral infections. The administration of nystatin can be done orally, as a cream or ointment depending on the site of infection.

Metaclopramide is used to reduce nausea, vomiting, particularly in gastrointestinal disorders and during treatment with cytotoxics and radiotherapy and migraine.
