Opportunities for nurses in a private finance initiative
Article Abstract:
The part nurses can play as a clinical adviser within a private finance initiative (PFI) is discussed. Nurses need to have some skills like facilitation, negotiation, communication and leadership skills as well as knowledge of PFI process and this will give nurses to get involved in the development of health care facility that has patient as its focus.
