Ovarian cancer: Be aware of warning signs
Article Abstract:
Ovarian cancer is the fifth most common cancer in women and it causes more deaths than do all other cancers of the female reproductive system combined. Some of the common warning signs include, abdominal or pelvic pressure or pain, persistent indigestion or gas, feeling full even after a light meal, unexplained changes in bowel habits including diarrhea or constipation, abdominal swelling or bloating, changes in bladder habits, and loss of appetite.

Ovarian cancer: lack of early symptoms underscores your need for an annual pelvic exam
Article Abstract:
Ovarian cancer strikes one in 70 women, many fewer than the one in nine who develop breast cancer. Early detection can lower the occurrence of ovarian cancer even more. An annual pelvic exam is one way to detect cancer in its early stages.
