There is a catch-22 confusionon how to go about relaxing after a strenous exercise like, if you have to do deep breathing, you should be relaxed, but to relax, you should do deep breathing first. There are relaxation techniques that avoid this catch-22 feeling such as integrating relaxation into exercise ruotines and massaging themuscles in between sets.
