Responsing to environmental issues: lessons learned
Article Abstract:
The scientific community's response to the endocrine-disruptor issue, as it affected wildlife and human beings, beginning in the 1970s, provides valuable lessons as to how research should be conducted on environmental issues. Researchers should develop coordinated strategies to make the best use of data and not wastefully compete against one another.
