Reverse-back raise
Article Abstract:
The reverse back raise exercise helps strengthen and develop the spinal group and superficial spinal group muscles. The exercise, which requires the use of a Glute-Ham Developer or a high table, is also ideal for lower-back rehabilitation. Tips on the proper execution of the exercise are provided.
