The clinical features of cutaneous and hepatic toxicity that occur when nevirapine is administered to non-HIV-infected individuals are examined. The non-HIV-infected individuals suffer from greater rate of hepatotoxicity than the HIV-infected persons

Detection of Nevirapine in plasma using thin-layer chromatography
Article Abstract:
The presence of Nevirapine in plasma can be measured by thin-layer chromatography (TCL), which is an economical tool. The prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV is possible with the use of NVP in developing-world regions.
