Sleep and aging
Article Abstract:
Aging causes three types of changes that may affect one's sleep, namely normal changes in sleep patterns, changes in activity and changes in health. An aged person requires the same amount of sleep as a young man, and proper identification and treatment of his sleepless or restless nights can help him revert to his normal sleep pattern.
