Physicians finding plenty of NPs, PAs- but at a price

The increasing number of nurse practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) is making them plentiful, leading to expansion of clinical roles, and versatility and cost effectiveness making them more attractive to practices. However, as the demand for physician extenders is keeping up with the supply, physicians are finding it difficult to keep up with the bargain basement deals.

Employee orientation key to transition
Article Abstract:
The ways to train new employees and helping them adjusted with the office culture are discussed. It is suggested with reference to physicians that they should follow privacy laws, there by, providing new employees with practices having policy manuals and employee handbooks, allowing them to create reference sheets, to prevent future accident.
