A traditional Caesar salad recipe was modified to be lower in calories and fat grams. The lighter recipe has no anchovies and less parmesan cheese but retains its creamy dressing taste with low-fat buttermilk and anchovy paste. The new recipe has only 2.4 grams of fat per serving.
