Article Abstract:
Nurses are playing a major role on the medical front in the 21st century, with their constant endeavor to innovate and improve the practice, however, they are not being given adequate rewards for their achievement. It is suggested that nurses should be honored with a clinical excellence award and also, financial remuneration must be provided, as part of recognizing and rewarding good practice.
