The antioxidant controversy
Article Abstract:
Antioxidants are substances that inhibit the production of free radicals, which have been known to cause oxidative damage to the body. The best oxidants are vitamins C, E and beta-carotene. Recently, scientists have been debating the antioxidant potency of grape-seed and pine-bark extract.
