The dental safety net in Connecticut
Article Abstract:
The dental safety net, a group of clinics established by the public and voluntary sector organizations to provide service to the underserved population of Connecticut, is discussed. The capacity of the safety nets to treat people enrolled in Medicaid and the State Children's Health Insurance Program is also evaluated.

Immediate and six-month space changes after premature loss of a primary maxillary first molar
Article Abstract:
With reference to a study on children experiencing premature loss of a primary maxillary first molar, the problems such as maxillary-arch space change associated with the loss are analyzed. The space changes are monitored immediately after loss and six-months after loss.
