A set of exercises for the upper and lower body are presented. Exercises for the arms, chest, biceps, triceps, buttocks, quadriceps, calves, hamstrings, lower back and abdominals are described and shown. Goals are also discussed.

Six exercises that are done using a desk are described. The one-legged squat with chair works the thighs, calves, and buttocks. Other exercises are the doorknob pullup, desk dip, front raise, side lunge, and desk pushup.
