The pros and cons of hormone replacement therapy
Article Abstract:
The benefits and risks of hormone replacement therapy in menopausal women are described. While treatments with estrogen and progesterone are effective in treating the symptoms but research show that long-term use of hormones can increase risk of breast cancer. Various hormone therapy treatment preparations are described along with alternatives to hormone therapy.

Keeping nurses nursing: a quantitative analysis
Article Abstract:
An analysis of the British Household Panel Survey regarding retention problems in nursing as compared to teaching is presented. The data suggest that more teachers than nurses leave their professions, but nurses are more dissatisifed with their jobs. The government should seek to improve work environments to increase retention in nursing.
