The rewards of quality

Overweight women often refuse to treat themselves to fine foods or clothing because they feel they are not worthy or that they will be wasting money. An occasional fine treat is a much better reward than overindulgence in cheap food. Fine clothing makes a woman look better at any weight.

Heather Miller recovered from encephalitis and spinal meningitis, but her life-threatening illness put her in a coma and temporarily paralyzed her from the waist down. After recovering, she changed her eating habits and went from 197 to 123 lbs. Her family also joined Weight Watchers.
