The road less traveled - attracting students to primary care
Article Abstract:
Primary care continues to play a vital role in health care, and patients want a primary doctor who will provide them with continuous care over the course of their lives. A dedicated care of students will continues to choose primary care, but to attract more students to such generalist careers; our systems of health care delivery and education must change.

Do we really want broad access to health care?
Article Abstract:
The United States has about 45 million people who do not have health assurance, and though most Americans believe in access to health care for all, the public is not willing to pay for it. Health care providers should assume a leadership role and advocate tax increases necessary to provide health insurance for everyone.

Reproductive tourism and the regulatory map

The state and federal governments have played a steadily expanding role in allocating and providing health care services. Reproductive medicine attracts government as an arbiter of reproduction and as a regulator of health care that subject assisted reproduction to a patchwork of competing and conflicting regulations.
