The use & abuse of ephedrine
Article Abstract:
The Food and Drug Administration suggested limiting the amount of the stimulant ephedrine in a single dose and to print warnings of the dangers of overdosing on supplements. High doses of ephedrine were found to increase risk for stroke and liver pathology in sensitive persons.

Several studies have been undertaken to examine which among exercises such as crunch, curling and supinated grip will enhance development of particular body muscles. A study showed that elderly men doing elbow flexor exercises achieved regional growth response.
