The who, where, and what of rapid sequence intubation: prospective observational study of emergency RSI outside the operating theatre
Article Abstract:
An observational study was conducted on 208 adults and pediatric patients to assess contributing environmental, patient and physician factors to overall complication rates by using rapid sequence intubation (RSI) outside operating theatre. Results showed success in intubation by RSI in all cases with no cases of deaths or surgical airway during the procedure.

Less is less: a randomized controlled trial comparing cautious and rapid nalbuphine dosing regimens
Article Abstract:
A randomized controlled trial is compared by two paramedic administered nalbuphine dosing regimens on patients suffering from chest pain or trauma. The comparison was made on the factors like homogeneity, analgesic efficacy, change in vital signs, side effects and the results showed more effectiveness of rapid dosing of nalbuphine and decrease in the pain.

Procedural sedation in pediatric minor procedures: a prospective audit on ketamine use in the emergency department
Article Abstract:
A test on 89 children requiring minor procedures at the United Kingdom District General Hospital was carried out to check the effect of ketamine dosage in children. The results showed no serious complications to any child and a high level of satisfaction expressed by the parents.
