Diversity: the productivity imperative

Article Abstract:

It is important to value people in the workplace in terms of their ability, and not in terms of race, nationality, sex, gender, religion, physical ability, or sexual orientation. Such discrimination leads to a poorly managed and less productive workforce. It is also important to recognize that the future workforce will be multiracial and heavily female.
