Wheying in: are whey and milk proteins the one-two punch your muscle need?

Whey, a cheese by-product rich in lactose, vitamins and minerals, and milk, from which whey is derived, both contain proteins but there are differences in them, especially in how the human body utilizes their protein content. Whey helps in rapid weight gain, but will not in dieting and fat loss.
