RNA interference, the new concept aimed at regulating the behavior of cells is gaining momentum. RNAi, a form of gene silencing, plays a diverse role throughout the life from controlling gene expression during development and aging to protecting cells against invading viruses.

Treatment of acne vulgaris with a pulsed dye laser: a randomized controlled trial
Article Abstract:
The study evaluates the clinical efficacy of pulsed dye laser therapy in the treatment of acne. The study concluded that the nonpurpuric pulsed dye laser therapy did not result in significant improvement of facial acne.

The recent trends in the diagnosis and management of Severe Acute Pancreatitis (SAP) are reviewed. The study concluded that patients with SAP are currently best treated in centers with multidisciplinary expertise.
