Certain weather conditions can spur on body ailments that can be debilitating and bothersome. Among the weather-related inflictions are rain-causing headaches, heat and humidity-causing acne, mugginess-causing body odor, sunshine-causing melanoma, clear skies-causing cataracts, and thunder storms-causing respiratory problems.

Specific exercises are described for 12 specific sports activities. They include pitching and hitting in baseball, and dribbling and defense in basketball, and running defense in football. Tips are also given for speed in tennis and volleyball. A special speed exercise is included.
