Travis Tritt, a country musician wanting to do different things made waves in the country music world due to his outspokenness and his refusal to conform to the stylistic and musical convention of country music. Despite his image he became popular and was finally accepted by the country-music establishment after the release of the first album 'Country Club 1990' where he acknowledged his love for classic country.

Jawole Willa Jo Zollar, dancer, choreographers and founder of urban bush women

Jawole Willa Jo Zollar has created dances that illuminate both the African-American experience and human condition. She was appointed as professor and artist-in-residence in the Department of Dance in the School of Visual Arts and Dance at FSU.
