A well-seasoned jewelry artist as well as the novice, both need to balance time to reflect, design, and produce what's essential to market their product, show it and sell it, creating a balance between art and business. The experience of designers who have learnt to focus on life as a whole rather than have a tunnel vision that can ultimately sap the energies and talents is discussed.
