A well-behaved ivy
Article Abstract:
Shrub ivy is a great ornamental plant for landscapes because it requires little maintenance, thrives under dry conditions, is resilient and has very few problems with pests of diseases. Shrub ivy can be planted in pots, placed around a fountain or sculpture, or added to the foundation plantings around the corners of a house. Different varieties of shrub ivy include 'Glacier,' 'Treetop,' 'Prince Avenue,' 'Lexington Gardens' and 'Green Spice.'

Homeowners Matt and Teresa Lux improved the appearance of their home by upgrading the front yard landscape, removing a dated wooden railing, and adding additional parking, a new sidewalk and steps. The updated landscape includes colorful flowerbeds, new shrubs and containers filled with colorful foliage and flowers. Tips are given for upgrading a front yard landscape.
