Suggestions and recipes are presented for an Easter brunch that can be eaten out of doors. The suggestions include curried chicken salad spread, fresh fruit salad with celery-poppy seed dressing, double-stuffed eggs, sunny spring lemonade, and steamed asparagus with tomato-basil dip.
