A man describes collecting maple syrup in Maine. There are at four grades of maple syrup. Recipes offered include whole wheat-maple-almond pancakes with maple-nut syrup, maple butter, roasted acorn squash with parsnips, maple granola, cranberry-maple-orange ginger sauce, and roasted maple carrots.
