One man's vision
Article Abstract:
Frederick Law Olmsted was America's first landscape architect and codesigner of New York City's Central Park. His legacy still seems to live on from Biltmore Estate to the U.S. Capitol Grounds to great parks and neighborhoods as his landscapes remain as vibrant and valid today as it used to be when he created them more than a century ago.

Ready for redbud
Article Abstract:
Eastern redbud is one of the showiest native trees seen in the Southern parts of America. Its blooms appear in early spring and range in color from lavender-pink to rose-purple and white.
