Really new potatoes

Potatoes can be grown in three types of colors, namely blue, yukon gold, bison, and candy stripe. The seed potatoes should be grown in loose, fertile, well-drained soil that has plenty of organic matter. The soil must be slightly acid to avoid a disfiguring disease called scab.
