The architect situated the master bath at the back of the house for privacy and installed an oversize bay window to bring inn light and a view of the surrounding landscape.

Tom and Mary Ellen Nye renovated their kitchen as they were looking to open up space for two workstations and lots of top-of-the-line appliances. To gain space, the homeowners removed an interior all so they could expand the kitchen into a neighboring hallway, which was used as makeshift butler's pantry.
